Tangra Hariyali (Home made Bengali dish)

Ingredients:
tangra fish 500grms,
200grms bunch of coriander leaves(dhania),
5,6 green chilies,
1 onion (small),
turmeric powder,
salt,
1tomato,
kalongi(kalojira)/onion seeds half tsp
mustard oil.
Recipe:
Marinate Tangra fish with turmaric powder, salt and 1 tbs of mustered oil for 15 minutes.And the other side..take dhania leaves,onion,tomato and green chilies all ingredients should be grind in a mixi,..paste will be ready..then take a pan and heat the oil properly,pour the fish one by one and fried it,again heat the oil and pour kalojira for chhak then paste will be given into the pan with a pinch of haldi and salt,then fry it for2 minutes then1 cup water put into the pan then fried fish pour in it after10 minutes gravy will be thick...stop the gas and it ready to serve with steamed rice.
