Homemade Methi Paratha

Ingredients:
Methi shaag 250 gm
Maida 400 gm
Ghee/refined oil
Salt

Recipe:
Boil the shaag, drain excess water, then grind it in a mixture.
Pour maida in a bowl.
Make a hole upon it and pour 1/4 cup of ghee or refined oil, and salt.
Mix it well by applying pressure of your palm.
Now add the methi shaag paste, mix it again to make the dough. Apply water if needed.
Divide the dough into equal parts.
Take the parts one by one and give them the shape of parathas.
Heat oil/ghee on a pan and fry the parathas.
Serve hot along with veg/non veg side dishes, raita and achaar.
