Shahi chicken curry

Ingredients:
Chicken 500gm,
curd 100gm,
4 big sized onions,
5 cloves garlic,
char magaz 20gm,
cashew nut 30gm,
black cumin seed (sah zeera),
cinnamon sticks,
kashmiri red chilli powder,
turmeric powder,
salt.
Process:
Marinate the chicken with curd and keep for minimum one hour. Chop one onion finely and keep aside. Now grind the rest of the onions and garlic. After that grind char magaz and cashew nuts. Heat the pan and pour refined oil or ghee. After heating the oil add black cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks and chopped onions. When the onions become golden brown add the paste of onion and garlic, salt and cook it well. After that add the cashew and char magaz paste, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder and cook well. Then add the marinated chicken and cook for 15 minutes. When the oil comes out add some water and further cook it for 20 minutes..
Your sahi chicken curry is ready now. Enjoy it with rice, polao or roti.. Yum yum.
