cheese pizza in your kitchen:

Ingredients:
1) All purpose Flour (Maida) : 250 grms
2) Dry Yeast : 2 Tbsp (Table spoon)
3) water (as per your measurement)
4) cheese
5) tomato slices, onion rings
6) tomato puree
7) mixed herbs (Optional Like thyme, oregano, parsley)
8) black paper
9) chili powder
10) Black Olives or green (Optional)
11) chicken cubes (Optional)
For Toppings you can use any thing whatever is convenient. Like mushroom, chicken, paneer.
12) salt (1/4 tbsp)
13) olive oil or vegetable oil (refined oil)

Recipe:
1) Take 250 grms of all purpose flour( you can double the amount as per your requirement ) mixed with yeast and water and made a dough. The dough should not be too tight make it little fluffy. and leave it for 2 hours in refrigerator. After 1 hr just you give a touch and again leave for 1 more hr.
If you make the flour amount double you make double rest of the ingredients also.
2) To make pizza sauce. First put the flame in medium and place a pan and add 2 Tbsp of oil. When the oil become hot add tomato puree. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes then add black paper, mixed herbs(optional), salt and add a pinch of chili powder. make the puree in deep red color.  
3) Take the baking pan and spread oil and sprinkle little bit of flour.
4) Then stretch the dough till the pan corners and make the surface area even and medium thin.
5) Now you put the layer of the pizza sauce.
6) Now the toppings part. For toppings you can add any things whatever you want to. I added tomato slices, chicken cubes( should be cooked or boiled or little saute in oil), onion rings.
7) Now spread the cheese and after that add the olives in the top and again add more cheese. ( cheese amount is fully depends on your taste)
8) Pre heat the oven on 450 degree fahrenheit (or 233 degree celsius)
and now the pizza is ready to go in the oven for 40 minutes till the time, you will not see the cheese become golden and creamy.
  
Now the pizza is done and ready in your kitchen. time to grab it..
