Quail egg poach with cheese topping

Ingredients:
Quail egg 12 pieces
Refined oil
Salt
Grated cheese

Recipe:
Heat one teaspoon of oil on a pan and spread it uniformly.
Break the eggs one by one and pour them on the pan.
Sprinkle some salt over it.
Now spread the grated cheese on the poach and heat it for 2 minutes on high flame.
Your favourite Quail egg poach with cheese topping is ready!
