Chitol fish peti curry

Ingredients:
chitol fish (the stomach portion) cut in 4pcs..
Salt-1tbs
Haldi-1tbs
Jeera powder-1.5 tbs
White jeera saboot-1tbs
Ginger-1/2 inch
Red chilli powder-1tbs
Mustard oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Potato-1 (cut in long 6 pcs)
Tomato-1/2 pieces
Water -2.5 glasses
Recipe:
First marinate the fish peices with haldi and salt and keep it aside for 10 mins..after that take a frying pan and pour mustered oil and let it be heated properly and then fry the fish pieces one by one so that the pieces don't break..after frying the fish pieces keep aside..then in the left over oil in the frying pan put some white saboot zeera  tadka ,after that potato pices ,fry in that oil than pour all the masalas (haldi+salt+jeera powder+ginger paste+chilli pd+tomato+little water)and cook it till the oil comes out from the masala and after that pour water on it according to the curry how thick u want. When the curry comes out  boiling than add the fried fish pieces and cook in low flame for at least 10 mins. After that spread some fresh coriander leaves for garnishing. The recipe is ready. Enjoy it with steamed rice..
