Pomfret Chatpata

Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the fish pieces.
Under low flame, sauté chopped onions, green chillies and garlics.
Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri mirch powder and salt and stir well.
Now add hot and sour tomato sauce (it will bring the chatpata taste to your gravy) and cook until the oil is separated.
Add little water and then add the fried fishes. Keep in low flame for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with rice/polao!
