Kadhaisutir Dhoka (কড়াইশুঁটির ধোকা)

Ingredients :-
Green peas 500gm,
saunf,
ajwain,
asafoetida(hing),
salt,
green chilli,
cumin seeds,
dry red chilli,
bay leaf,
potato (1 big),
2 tomatoes,
garam masala powder,
ghee,
mustard oil,
turmeric powder ,
red chilli powder,
cumin powder,
coriander leaves.

Process:-
Grind peas and green chilli in a mixer grinder. Heat oil and add asafoetida, saunf, ajwain and then the grinded mixture. Add a little salt to it and cook it for 5mins. Now brush oil on a plate and spread the cooked mixture on it.. Wait a little and cut it in so called dhoka shape that is a diamond one. Heat oil and fry the dhoka.. Then fry the potatoes and keep aside.. Now add asafoetida, cumin seed, dry red chilli, bay leaf in heated oil. Then add crushed tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ghee and cook it in high flame for 6 to 8 minutes. Now add whole green peas and coriander leaves and cook it.. Now add some water, the fried potatoes and off course the fried dhokas.. Cook it in low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.. Now it is ready to serve.. Have it with rice and it will taste awesome..
