Crispy Chicken in Arrabiata Sauce

Ingredients :-
For crispy chicken :-
12 pc medium sized chicken (with bone or boneless),
salt,
1 tea spoon turmeric powder,
2 tea spoon red chili powder or chili flake,
1table spoon of cumin powder,
2 eggs,
cornflour,
refined oil.
Other ingredients :-
Ready made arrabiata sauce,
honey,
chopped green chilli,
chilli sauce.
For crispy chicken :-

chilli sauce.
Process :-
First marinate the chicken with salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder. Dip in egg batter then in cornflour and fry in refined oil till it gets golden brown. Now in heated oil add honey(2 table spoon) , arrabiata sause (4 table spoon) ,chilli sauce (2 table spoon), chopped green chilies. In high flame cook it for 3 minutes and add the crispy chickens. Mix them well.. And your dish is ready. Have it as a starter or enjoy it with gravy noodles or fried rice..
