Steamed Hilsa made with grated coconut and minced white mustard

Ingredients:
Some pices of Hilsa fish
Grated coconut
White mustard paste
Green chilies
Mustard oil
Haldi powder
Salt
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Recipe:
At first pices of Hilsa have to wash properly then dry it out for minutes
Take a pan or karai(can be used non-stick) make a batter with mustard paste, green chilli paste, haldi powder, grated coconut with raw mustard oil and salt.
All ingredients will be mixed in a water, then poured into the pan with raw pieces of fish and lid it properly and steamed for15 to 20 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
Ready to serve!
