Blini: A Russian style Pancake

Ingredients:
For pancake batter:
Maida
Water
Salt

For filling:
Chopped chicken sausages
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped bell peppers
Chopped mushrooms
Mayoneese (diluted with milk)
Recipe:
In a small pan, heat some oil.
Pour all filling ingredients (except the diluted Mayoneese) and sauté. Apply some salt and pepper.
Now turn off the gas and pour the diluted Mayoneese and mix well.
Filling is ready now.

Prepare the batter by mixing the batter ingredients.
Heat a pan and brush some oil. Wait a few seconds.
Spread one cupful of batter in the form of a thin pancake lair.
Maximize the flame and put two tablespoons of filling at the centre.
Fold four sides of the pancake carefully to wrap the filling properly.
You delicious blini is ready! Take it from the pan and serve hot!
