Mandorlo Di Massa Chicken

Ingredients:
1) Chicken: 500 Grms
2) Curd : 3 Tbsp
3) Chicken Masala : 2 Tbsp (If you dont' have then check in the internet what all ingredients are there in Chicken masala can add all of them each half half Tbsp)
4) Garam Masala : 1 Tbsp
5) Vineger Or Lemon Juice : 1/2 Tbsp
6) Turmeric :1 Tbsp
7) salt : 1 Tbsp (If you need more can add as per your requirement)
8) Chili Powder : 1/2 Tbsp
9) Almond : 8 to 10( number of quantity)
10) Ground Nut : 20( number of quantity)
(both almond and ground nut soak it in water for half and hour and then make a paste with cream)
11) Cream : 1 Tbsp ( If you have thick cream texture then add 1 Tbsp if you have thin texture cream then can add 2 Tbsp)
If you don't have cream can add MILK : 2 Tbsp
12) Dry Red chili : 4 pices
13) Ginger & Garlic Paste : 2 Tbsp
14) Onion : 1( Big ) chopped
15) Ginger cloves : 3 Chopped
16) Garlic : 1/2 Tbsp Chopped
17) Vegetable oil : 4 Tbsp
18) Ghee : 2 Tbsp
19) Asafoetida (Hing) :1 pinch (optional only to enhance the aroma)

Recipe:
1) Marinate the chicken with Curd,Chicken Masala,Garam Masala,Vineger,Turmeric,salt,chili powder,ginger & garlic paste and then mixed it well.
Keep the mixer in the fridge(Refrigerator) For 1 Hour.
2) Now in a pan put oil. Let the oil be heat in medium flame. Add 2 Red chili,chopped garlic,ginger,onion. And make it light golden brown.
3) After that add the marinate chicken and stir it for 5 minutes and cover the pan until the chicken become soft.
4) once chicken get boil add the almond,groundnut and cream paste. And again stir it for 5 to 10 minutes until oil not get comes out.
5) Once everything look done, can place the chicken in a bowl.
6) Now in a pan put Ghee, 2 red chili, Hing and stir it for 1 minute and make the red chili in deep red color. Once it done place it over on the chicken.
