Homemade Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:
500gmBoneless chicken
1 chopped capsicum
1 egg
2 diced onion
6 cloves chopped garlic
chopped ginger
chopped green chilli
cornflour
juice of onion garlic and ginger
pepper powder
vinegar
soya sauce
green chilli sauce
red chili sauce
Process:
Marinate the chicken with vinegar, juice of onion, ginger, garlic and keep for 2 hrs.
Make a batter of one egg, 4 table spoon cornflour, pinch of pepper powder and salt as per taste.
Mix the chicken with the batter and fry it in refined oil.
Now add chopped (garlic, ginger, onions, green chili, capsicum) and saute with salt.
Add 2 table spoon vinegar, 1 table spoon soya sauce, 5 table spoon green chili sauce, 3 table spoon red chili sauce one by one and mix it in high flame.
Now add the fried chickens and mix it properly.
Add some water and cook it in high flame.
For thick gravy add a mixture of 1 table spoon cornflour and water.
Serve hot with Chinese Fried rice or Noodles.
