Ingredients:
Capsicum (small one)-1kg
Besan-250gm
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Hing -1pinch
Zeera pd-1tbs
Dhaniya pd-1tbs
Haldi-1/2tbs
Red chilli pd-1/2tbs
Ginger paste-1/2tbs
salt-according to taste
Garam masala pd-1/2tbs
Zeera saboot for chuk
Refined oil -100gm
Recipe-
This is a north Indian recipe..it is a snack/lunch recipie...
This recipe  completes in two steps..1st one is preparing the stuffing
2nd one is stuffing and frying ..
Step 1
First take a frying pan..pour some refined oil..heat it properly after that sprinkle hing and saboot zeera for chuk...then add chopped onion and fry it till it became golden..after that add ginger paste and fry little..then add besan,haldi,salt,red chilli pd,dhania pd, zeera pd and garam masala pd and give it a good mix and fry this all until the flavour of frying comes out..then add some water on the mixture and fry the mixture until it becames sticky...after that take it out in a plate and let it be cool down..the stuffing is ready.
Step 2
Take the capsicums and cut the upper part ..and take out the seeds with in it..
After that fill the above mentioned stuffings in the capsicums accordingly..
Now take a frying pan and pour adequate amout of oil for frying the stuffed capsicums..heat it properly then add and fry the stuffed capsicums very carefully that the stuffings shouldn't come out ...the recipe is now ready to serve as a snack or by roti or chawal.
