Home-made chicken sheek kabab

Ingredients:
1)400 gm boneless chicken.
2)2 capsicum.
3)2 large tomatoes.
4)2 large onion.
5)4 tablespoon sunflower oil.
6)2 teaspoon besan.
7)1 cup curd.
8)1/2 teaspoon ginger paste.
9) 1 teaspoon garlic paste.
10)1 teaspoon coriander powder.
11)1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder.
12)1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
13)1/2 teaspoon ajwain.
14)salt and suger as per taste.
15)chat masala powder 1 tablespoon.

Recipe:
1) Heat oil in a pan and add the besan to it.Mix it well.
2)After that pour this mixture in a bowl and add curd to it.
3)After that add all the spices in the bowl along with the ginger gatlic paste except the chat masala powder.
4)cut capsicum,onion,tomato into small cubes and add to the mixture.Then add the chicken pieces along with the chat masala powder.Mix everything well and put into the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
5)After that take it out from the refrigerator and arrange the pieces in the kabab sticks.
6)heat some oil in a pan and cook sticks until it becomes golden in and you a smoky smell.
7)When the sticks are ready turn off the gas and serve it with green chutney!!
You can make the same with paneer too.All you have to do is to use paneer instead of chicken.
