Ingridents:
Posto(poppy seeds)-9-10 tbs
Payaz-5-6
Green chilli-2
Coconut -1/2 grades
haldi_1/2tbs
Sugar-1/2tbs
Salt-according to taste
Mustard oil-100gm
Recipe:
Its a bengali dish.This recipe is a starter one.
First chopped the onions finely..Then make a paste of posto +grated coconut..take a frying pan ..pour mustered oil and head it properly..then add chopped onions and fry it until it turns red..Then add haldi, green chilli slits and sugar..give it a fry ..Then add the coconut -posto paste and add salt and give it a good mix..and fry it until the whole mixture becomes golden red...and while frying it if oil is required pour some oil within it..the recepie is ready to serve with hot steamed rice.
