Ingredients:
baingan-1kg
Karungi seeds
Haldi-1tbs
Salt-according to taste
Mustard oil
Green chilli-4-5
Red chilli powder-1/2 tbs
Milk-1/2 li
Sugar-1/4th tbs or according to taste
Fresh coriander leaves

Recipe:
Its a very quick and easy recipe for breakfast....First cut the brinjals in 4-5cut pieces (square shape)..Than take a frying pan..pour mustard oil about 100gm..when it is heated properly then put some kaungi for chuk...Than heat it properly ,after that add the brinjal cut pieces in the pan and give a mix..after that one by one add haldi,salt,red chilli pd,3-4slits of green chilli and sugar..and give a mix and sauté it until the brinjal became well fried and soft..after that add milk and some water to it and give a good mix and steamed it until the gravy becomes thick..lastly garnish with fresh coriander leaves..and the recipe is ready to serve hot with nun ,roti or parantha..
