Dry fish with potato

Ingredients:
1) Anchovies Fish (Mourola Mach) : 100 grms ( You can add or less as per your requirement )
2) Potato : 2 (Medium size potato ) cut into medium julienne slices.
3) Green Chili : 4 ( as per your taste)
4) Onion : 1 (Big if medium then 2) in julienne cut
5) Garlic : 7 to 8 cubes (mashed)
6) Garlic Paste : 1 Tbsp (Optional)
7) Red Chili powder : 2 Tbsp
8) Turmeric Powder ( Haldi) : 2 Tbsp
9) salt : 2 tbsp
10) Cilantro ( Coriander Leaves ) : 5 Single Sticks
11) Vegetable Oil or Mustard oil
Recipe:
1) In a pan you first boil the water and then put the dry fish on that.
Boil for 4 to 5 Mints ( according to your fish quality)
Strain the water and keep aside.
2) Now in a pan add 3 Tbsp of oil and add the boil fish once the oil become hot. Then add one pinch of salt and turmeric.
Fry that fish until it become light golden color. Then keep that aside.
3) Now again add 5 Tbsp of oil and add first mashed garlic. After one minute add onion and saute till the onion change the color in light golden. Then add the Green Chili.
4) Now  Add the slices of potato and after 3 mints add salt, Turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix for 5 to 6 minutes.
5) After that once potato is medium cooked add the fried dry fish and again stir for another 5 minutes. Once you feel that all mixed well and everything is cooked nicely can add the cilantro and then after one minute you can turn the oven off.
Now it is ready to eat. Tasty and Awesome for all bangals...
