Pasta in White Sauce

Ingredients :-
Elbow macaroni (pasta)300gm,
butter 50 gm,
1 big spoon flour,
milk 400gm,
chopped capsicum,
chopped garlic(or garlic powder) ,
chopped button mushroom,
salt,
pasta mix(ready made),
Amul cheese 4 small blocks,
black pepper powder.

Process :-
For white sauce :-
Heat butter and add garlic to it.Fry for 2 minutes. Add flour and mix with it. Further add milk and mix it for a cream like mixture . Then add salt, pepper powder, pasta mix, grated cheese and mix well. Now the white sauce is ready. Keep it aside.

Boil the pasta. Heat some oil and saute capsicum and mushroom with salt and pepper powder. Add the boiled pasta. Then add the white sauce with it and mix well. Garnish it with some grated cheese...
