Chicken Au Gratin

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 300 gm.
Mushroom 200 gm, sliced.
1 red bell pepper, chopped.
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped.
Baby corn 5 pieces, chopped.
Mozzarella cheese 100 gm, grated.
Milk 100 ml.
Classic Mayoneese 4 tablespoon.
Olive oil.
Pasta herb as required.
Salt as required.

Recipe:
Heat two tablespoon of olive oil in a nonstick pan.
Sauté all the vegetables, chicken and Mushroom under high flame.
Apply salt and pasta herb (1 tablespoon) and sauté again for 2 minutes.
In a large microwave safe bowl, take the milk and blend 4 tablespoonful of Mayoneese into it.
Now add 1/3 portion of the grated cheese and mix vigorously.
Add the sautéd vegetables, chicken and mushrooms and mix again.
Now top the mixture with the rest of the grated cheese, and garnish with fresh vegetables and mushrooms.
Microwave at high for 5 minutes.
Your favourite Chicken Au Gratin is ready! Serve it hot with any type of pasta or garlic bread toast!
