Chatpata Basa

Ingredients:
Basa fish,
3 onions,
8 cloves of garlic,
ginger,
five spices 1 table spoon,
whole cumin seed 1 table spoon,
whole coriander seeds 1 table spoon,
ajwain half table spoon,
4 dry red chilli,
2 tomatoes,
tamarind sauce 4 table spoon,
red chilli powder,
salt,
turmeric powder
Basa fish,
3 onions,

ajwain half table spoon,

Process:
First roast five spices, cumin seed, coriander seed, ajwain, dry red chilli and grind dry. Now make a paste of 2 onions, garlic and ginger. Heat refined oil and add chopped onion(1 onion). Fry it until it becomes golden brown. Now add tomatoes (chopped)and cook it for some time. Then add the onion, garlic and ginger paste, that very roasted powder mix, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder one by one and cook it until the oil comes out from the cooked mixture. Add tamarind sauce. Now add the basa fish cubes and some water. Cook it in low flame. When the excess water will be vaporized, serve it with a garnishment of fresh coriander leaves.
