Bengali Style Prawn with a Tangy Twist

Ingredients:
Shrimp 300 gm, dressed
Onion big 2, chopped
Tomatoes big 3, chopped
Coriander leaves 2 stems, chopped
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Mustard oil
Salt

Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and fry to golden.
Add tomatoes and fry a little bit more.
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and cook until the oil separates out.
Add the dressed shrimps and cook for 5 minutes more under medium heat. Add water if needed.
Add chopped coriander leaves and cook covered for 2-3 minutes more.
Serve hot with Steamed rice.
