Chocolate Firni

Ingredients:
Gobindobhog rice 200 gm
Milk 2 ltr
Sugar 200 gm
Vanilla essence 10 ml
Coco powder 3 tablespoon
Dairy milk 1 (for garnishing)

Recipe:
Soak the rice in water for 2 hours. Then drain the excess water from it.
Take the rice in a mixer, add 1 cup of milk into it.
Add 5 ml of Vanilla essence and 2 tablespoon of coco powder.
Now grind the mixture at high, until smooth paste is formed.
Heat a Kadhai, then boil the milk in it.
Add sugar, 1 tablespoon of coco powder and rest 5 ml of Vanilla essence. Keep stirring to prepare a good mix.
Boil the milk until it is reduced to half.
Now add the paste mix into the milk. Keep stirring again so that no lumps are formed.
Continuous stirring is necessary until the firni thickens to the required extent.
Pour the firni into bowls, keep them aside.
After it becomes cold, garnish with dairy milk pieces and keep inside fridge.

Your favourite Chocolate Firni is ready! Serve cold!
