Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
Chicken -1/2kg
Cloves-5
Green cardamom-5
Jaiphal-1
Bay leaf-1
Onion-1
Ginger garlic paste-1tbs
Tomatoes-4
Salt
Haldi-1tbs
Red chilli powder -1tbs
Mustered oil
Garam masala pd-1tbs
Coriander powder -1tbs
Water-1glass

Bay leaf-1

Ginger garlic paste-1tbs
Tomatoes-4

Red chilli powder -1tbs

Garam masala pd-1tbs
Coriander powder -1tbs

Recipe:
Take oil in a cooker
Add 5 laung, 5 green cardamom, 5 peppercorns, 1 jaiphal whole, 1 bay leaf.
Add sliced onion ,ginger garlic paste and saute for 10 mins.
Now add chicken, red chilli powder, haldi ,salt, coriander powder and tomatoes and fry it on high flame till oil separates. Then add a glass of water and cook on low flame for 20mins. In the end add garam masala and it is done..serve hot with steamed rice or pulao.
