Egg Curry With Fresh Veggies

Ingredients:
Boiled eggs, spring onions,one carrot ,4/5 beans, one big onion, one big tomato, 5/6 garlic, ginger, cumin seeds half tsp, 3/4 red chillies, chopped green chillies 3, chopped corriander leaves, half tsp of turmaric powder, salt according to the taste, mustered oil 4 tbs, garam masala and water for gravies.

Recipe:
At first boil the  eggs. Then chop carrot beans and spring onions and keep it in the plate. Then make a paste with onion garlic ginger red chillies, cumin seeds and garam masala in a grinder. Take a frying pan or kadai and heat mustered oil on it. Shallow fry the boiled eggs.
Add some cumin seeds into the pan then add the masala paste and cook it for 3 minutes, then one by one add the hole chopped veggies with turmaric powder and salt. Cook it for10 minutes then pour all the boiled eggs, 4 cups water then lid it properly. After 5-7 minutes open the lid and garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve with paranthas or chapaties!
