Sweet & spicy vetki with green veggies

Ingredients:

  • Boneless vetki, 500 gm
  • 1 egg white
  • Cornflour 100 gm
  • Sunflower oil as needed
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • Capsicum 1pc, sliced
  • 2 spring onion, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 25 gm ginger, chopped
  • 20 pc. red chilies
  • Tomato catchup 300 gm
  • Vinegar 1 tsp 
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt as needed


How to prepare:

  • Mix egg white, cornflour and 1 pinch salt, water and prepare a batter.
  • Now take the vetki pieces and deep them into the batter and fry them.
  • Shallow fry the red chilies and grind them along with the oil.
  • Saute the vegetables and add the prepared red chili paste, vinegar, salt, soya sauce and tomato catchup.
  • Add the fried fishes and leave it uncovered for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  • Finally your sweet & spicy vetki with green veggies is ready. It can be served with fried rice or noodles.
