Quick Mushroom Pakora

Ingredients (Serves for four) :

  • 200 gm button mushroom
  • 200 gm sunflower oil
  • One onion chopped finely
  • Two cloves of garlic chopped finely
  • One green chili chopped finely
  • 100 gm corn flour
  • One egg
  • 25 gms of tomato catchup
  • One pinch of jeera powder
  • Water as needed
  • Salt as needed


How to prepare:

  • Cut each mushroom into four pieces.
  • Take a bowl and mix corn flour, salt, jeera powder, tomato catchup, egg white, green chilies, garlic, onion and water to make the batter.
  • Now mix well the mushroom pieces with the batter.
  • Heat oil on a pan and deep fry the pakoras.
  • Now your pakoras are ready. Enjoy it with a cup of coffee.
