Chicken in green

Ingredients:
How to prepare:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Curd 200 gm
- Coriander leaves 100 gm
- Onion 200 gm
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 50 gm of green chili
- 2 - 3 red chilies
- Cinnamon 2 pieces, small
- Bay leaf 1 pc
- Salt & sunflower oil as needed
How to prepare:
- Grind coriander leaves, onion, garlic, green chilies to make a paste.
- Marinate the chicken for half an hour with the paste and curd.
- Heat oil and add red chili, cinnamon and bay leaf. After frying take them away, only the oil will be used for cooking.
- Add the marinated chicken in that oil and add salt as needed.
- No water is required here. Cook it until the gravy becomes thick.
- Serve it hot with plane basmati rice or paratha or roti.
