Spicy grilled prawn

How to prepare:
- Tiger prawn 2 pcs dressed properly
- Onion 1 pc
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 gm curd
- 4 red chilies
- 1 table spoon jeera powder
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 table spoon jeera
- Sunflower oil 2-3 table spoon
- Salt as needed
How to prepare:
- Grind onion, garlic, curd, red chilies, jeera powder, sugar and salt in together to make a paste.
- Heat oil on a pan and add jeera. Then add the paste and cook it until the paste becomes dry.
- Make a layer of this paste on the prawns.
- Now grill it in micro-oven for 15 minutes.
- Take the grill stand out and check if it is cooked. If not, then turn the prawns and cook it for furthur 5 minutes.
- Your spicy grilled prawn is ready now. Serve it hot with pudina chatni or raita.
