Spicy grilled prawn

Ingredients:

  • Tiger prawn 2 pcs dressed properly
  • Onion 1 pc
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gm curd
  • 4 red chilies
  • 1 table spoon jeera powder
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 table spoon jeera
  • Sunflower oil 2-3 table spoon
  • Salt as needed


How to prepare:

  • Grind onion, garlic, curd, red chilies, jeera powder, sugar and salt in together to make a paste.
  • Heat oil on a pan and add jeera. Then add the paste and cook it until the paste becomes dry.
  • Make a layer of this paste on the prawns.
  • Now grill it in micro-oven for 15 minutes.
  • Take the grill stand out and check if it is cooked. If not, then turn the prawns and cook it for furthur 5 minutes.
  • Your spicy grilled prawn is ready now. Serve it hot with pudina chatni or raita.
