Grilled stuffed paratha

Ingredients (Serves for two) :-
For stuffing :-
- Three boiled potatoes, smashed
- One onion finely chopped
- Three to four cloves of garlic, smashed and chopped
- 25 gms of coriander leaves, finely chopped
- One tomato diced
- Two boiled green chilies
- One pinch of red chili powder
- One pinch of jeera powder
- Salt as needed
- Maida (Wheat flour) 300 gms
- Salt as needed
- Water 1/2 cup
How to prepare:
- At first to prepare the stuffing all the ingredients ( boiled potatoes, onion etc..) are mixed well.
- The dough is made by mixing maida, salt and water.
- Take one ball of the dough and press by fingers to make the place for stuffing.
- Now stuff the mixture into the ball and close it properly so that at the time of making paratha the stuffing does not come out.
- Now take some oil in hand and press the ball properly to make paratha.
- Pre-heat the microwave for 2 minutes under convection mode.
- Grease the grill stand with oil and place the paratha over it. Place a small cube of butter on it.
- Put the grill stand into the microwave and grill it for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, take the grill stand out and flip the paratha and further place a small cube of butter on it. Grill it for further 10 minutes.
- Your paratha is ready now. One can enjoy it with tomato catch up or achaar.
